I had an average experience with Rustic Rewind LLC. The products were of decent quality, but the customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time to receive my order and when it finally arrived, some items were missing. The company did resolve the issue quickly, but it was still a hassle. Overall, I would say the company is just okay.
