The worst experience I had staying in 5 star hotel...

The worst experience I had staying in 5 star hotel. Once I reached the hotel at around 12 am, they mentioned there is no room left even though the room was booked and pre paid. They claimed there was some water leakages. However the story was totally wrong as multiple people said multiple stories and no consistency. Later I realized the real reason to be there was narriage function next day and they had over booked. This is not expected out of a 5 star hotel of radisson group. They sent me to a hotel which was 10 kms away which is far inferior in infrasturcture. So I paid for a 5 star room and got a 3 star room. Staffs were unfriendly and no one is bothered about the comfort of their guests.
