PURCHASE FROM THIS MANUFACTURER AT YOUR PERIL
I purchased a fan that came with a 3 year warranty
It stopped working after 2.5 years however that s not the issue
Greenwood s airvacs customer service has a lot to be desired
I contacted the company I obtained the fan from who were very helpful and was told to contact the manufacturer
I did this and was sent from pillar to post
Excuses after excuses
They told myself and my supplier that the warranty starts the day my supplier purchased it in 2011!!!!!!
This is a total shambles

We have been told that it will be with me in the next 7 days(2 weeks ago) still waiting
I personally will not be buying anything with the greenwood airvac label again
