I recently went on a trip with a travel agency, and while the overall experience was good, there were some areas that could be improved. The itinerary was well-designed, and the accommodations were comfortable. However, there were a few instances where the communication was lacking, and some of the recommendations didn't align with our preferences. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort they put into ensuring a pleasant journey.
