Allegiant managed care is an average company. They provide the services they promise, but nothing more. I have been a customer for several months and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been particularly impressed. The rates are competitive, but the customer service is lacking. Overall, I would consider looking elsewhere for my managed care needs.
