Migros has completely forgotten the concept of customer satisfaction. I ordered from a virtual market on Wednesday. On Thursday some of my orders went down. My products did not reflect discounts because I had ordered ahead of time when Saturday was collected and the bill was closed on Saturday. Descriptions of customer service officers are already blood freezer. Migros finished trading like this, it will not be such a commodity.
