I have been a customer of Golden Cross for several years now, and I must say that their services have been average at best. The customer support is not very responsive, and it often takes a long time to get a resolution for any issues. The coverage provided by Golden Cross is also quite limited compared to other insurance companies. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
