I have had both positive and negative experiences with SP Plus Security Services. There were instances where their security personnel displayed exceptional professionalism and diligence. However, there were also a few occasions where their response time was slower than expected. Overall, I believe they still have room for improvement, but they are definitely heading in the right direction. I would rate them as average.
