My experience at Emerald Salon was good overall. The staff was friendly and professional, and the salon had a pleasant atmosphere. My stylist listened to my preferences and gave me a satisfactory haircut. However, I felt that the service could have been more attentive and personalized. Nonetheless, I would consider returning to Emerald Salon for future haircuts.
