I recently made a purchase from a popular airsoft website. The product met my expectations and I'm satisfied with it. However, I had some issues with the customer service. It took them a while to respond to my queries and their answers were not very helpful. The website design could also use some improvement as it felt outdated. Overall, it was an average experience.
