Service was fine even though someone accidentally ...

Service was fine even though someone accidentally checked us out in the middle of our stay. This place definitely needs a renovation. The shower pressure is way too strong that it hurts. The ceiling is cracking and the hotel had this sewer smell for 3 consecutive days.
