The therapists are great, however, the business side/front of the house is very unorganized with a lot of turnover with the front desk. We ended up leaving because my sons therapist was not consistent and several appts were canceled by them once literally when we were on our way there. I've been to a great PT place and this was far from. Luckily there were two therapists that I thought were great, unfortunately once they started having my kids see whoever was available the therapy was no longer consistent nor effective.
