This is not acceptable service in the XXI in Europ...

This is not acceptable service in the XXI in Europe! All their tracker was saysing that my package will be deliverered "today" no time frame. At 7PM I received an update that "ups we missed the delivery today but we will delvier tomorrow".
I wrote a feedback and asked for clarification what the problem was. (got a message back that my question/feedback will be answeed within 2 days...) 2 days? This morning I called them to check where my package is. "they don't know, it is with the delivery guy"... If they don't know who knows? My wife is sitting in the window for now the second days and waiting this this ...#@# package.
