Very cool space, common lunch area and a bustling scene. Seat of several cool companies and startups. There's a lot of innovation going on. Staff is generally friendly. There's a gym and a couple of events. It could improve on the community side of things, though.
Rent an office or hang out in the ground floor open area with a drink.
