I recently hired a refrigeration and air conditioning company to replace my old AC unit, and I came across Taylor Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc. Their website, taylorrefrig.com, provided all the information I needed to make a decision. The technicians were prompt and knowledgeable, but there were a few areas where I felt they could improve. The installation process was average, nothing extraordinary about it. I was hoping for a bit more attention to detail, as I noticed a small issue with the placement of the unit. However, the team was responsive and quickly addressed the concern when I brought it up. Overall, Taylor Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc. provided satisfactory service, but I was left feeling that there was room for improvement in their attention to detail during the installation process.
