I recently worked with a real estate development company to find my new home. The website was easy to navigate, and I liked the clean design. The process of finding a property was made simple, and there were many great options to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. I did ultimately find a suitable property, but the experience could have been smoother with better communication. Overall, it's an average experience. 🏠
