I joined Impact Zone about 4 months ago and without a doubt it was the best decision I ever made. Impact Zone is an amazing gym with so much to offer. The classes are challenging and the trainers teaching them are highly qualified, and are always prepared with an intense workout that delivers.
What I love most about Impact Zone is how supportive the trainers are. Each trainer is encouraging, and truly invested in your journey. They are willing to give you advice and help guide you. There is truly something for everyone here at Impact Zone.
