The retreat at Ayuryoga International was truly amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The yoga classes were excellent and the Ayurvedic treatments were incredibly relaxing. I left feeling renewed and energized. I highly recommend Ayuryoga International to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway.
