WHY is this building in use? To be honest, the building does not work fully, it has been in this situation for over 5 months. A couple of problems have not moved yet, the water can go wrong, sometimes there is no clear or warm water. Also, the air conditioning did not work properly, I got sick because of uncontrolled cold air. I love the view, but this quality and management of the buildings is very far from the standard of a legitimate residential building.

I DO NOT recommend living here, because it has to do with SAFETY. We do not know what kind of problem will continue to show up, better not to be the fire.
