Unprofessional setting, interview very informal but yet theyll tell you your qualifications weren't what we were looking for after the exec vp calls and says he wants me to come in. Get there, interview where nothing was asked of my technical abilities and I was told about company and benefits and told them a little about myself. Long story short they wait three days to tell me my qualifications aren't what they were looking for when the executive vp said I may even be over qualified for some things theyll want me to.... Felt like a giant waste of time and lack of communication. Oh and they are unable to answer a simple question of where I didn't stack up with the people theyre continuing forward with...
