I've been a loyal customer of Okmulgee County Rural Water District 21 for years, and I have to say that their service is average. While they fulfill their duty of providing water to our community, there isn't anything exceptional about their services. They could improve their customer support and responsiveness. Overall, their service is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
