I am writing this review to share my experience with White Oak Estates Mhc LLC. Overall, I had an average experience with this company. The customer service was satisfactory, and the amenities provided were decent. However, there were a few issues that I faced during my stay. The maintenance team was not very prompt in addressing maintenance requests, and the noise level in the community was sometimes unbearable. Apart from these downsides, White Oak Estates Mhc LLC is an okay option for people looking to live in a mobile home community.
