One is the lowest star I can give but these guys are less than zero! They sent me a package that was left outside of the mail box in the street in a rough neighborhood. Of course it was stolen. I called the post office and they it would take 30 days to file a claim. California Clock wouldn't send another clock because it was the fault of the postal service. They didn't have that kind of integrity. Buy your kit Kat from Amazon or seller that uses a secure shipping method. These guys will pass the buck!!!! I ordered another clock and I'm out 63 bucks!!
