The guy at the reception is very nice, spectacular terrace very cool but ... the attention leaves a lot to be desired, 10 min queuing (of only 3 people) to order two cocktails and then 20 min waiting (clock time) for They are delivered to you at the same bar because they do not serve at the terrace table, they took so long that the cocktails were hot ... we had to ask for them to be made again and even so they were unappetizing in taste ... I think they have enough staff but they don't have it well organized ... we left very disappointed ...
Note to the company: right now it is a place that is in fashion ... the posture and the fashion changes trend very quickly I think you should file a few details and take into account the reviews of your clients to improve, since that terrace is seen to have a lot of potential that are not being exploited. We wanted to continue consuming because of the atmosphere on the terrace (another drink that was not cocktails) but the simple fact of waiting another 30 min, we preferred to go somewhere else.
