Whilst the selection is great, the employees could do with a course in customer service.

The ladies behind the counter seemed to think that I was made of glass despite standing right in front of them patiently waiting to be helped with no other customers in the store.

It also wouldn t kill to put a smile on their faces, say hello and thank you.

Despite being a regular, I doubt that I will return. The attitude is the same week in and week out.

Good customer service trumps a good product any day of the week.
