The Mokate group is an average company. Their website mokate.com.pl is easy to navigate and find information about the company's products. However, their customer service is not the best. I had an issue with one of their products and when I reached out to them for help, it took them a long time to respond and the resolution was not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them as average.
