My experience at The Ranald Hotel was less than satisfactory. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing good service. The rooms were cramped and poorly maintained, with several issues that went unresolved during my stay. The hotel's location was the only redeeming factor, as it was conveniently located near the city center. Overall, I would not recommend The Ranald Hotel based on my experience.
