My experience with Optical Coating Technologies, INC has been quite satisfactory. Their products are of decent quality and their customer service is commendable. However, I have noticed that the coatings on their lenses tend to wear off faster than expected. Despite this, I appreciate their timely response to my queries and the overall convenience of their services. I would rate them as an average company in terms of optical coatings.
