I have been using the services of Big red boxx network - neati general trading l.l.c. for quite some time now and I must say, their service is average. The delivery time is okay, not too fast but not too slow either. The customer support is also decent, they were able to resolve my issues in a timely manner. However, there is room for improvement in terms of product quality. Overall, an average experience.
