The experience with Keytiles was overall very average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the quality of the tiles was not as great as I expected. There were some inconsistencies in color and texture, and a few tiles arrived damaged. The customer service was responsive and offered to replace the damaged tiles, which was a positive aspect. Overall, I would rate my experience with Keytiles as average.
