I have been a customer of Dun insurance brokers co.,ltd. for several years now and I must say they have been consistently average. The customer service is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The rates are competitive, although there are other companies out there that may offer better deals. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance company. Not bad, but not great either.
