Had health insurance through the company and they cancelled it on me right before a costly procedure, leaving me stuck for the full payment. Even though the insurance company was more then willing to fix the problem HR rep wouldn't lift a finger to help! She must be incompetent. Head of HR, came up with the lame excuse "it's policy" to not make any exceptions or extension. So I got screwed and they don't care. Blame falls squarely on HR and Corporate higher ups for this.
