My organization has been a tenant at Rosenblum properties for more than twenty years. Recently, we had to renovate (or "right-size") our office. It was an extremely positive experience.

From the beginning of the process, Bob, the Project Manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, flexible and considerate. He kept the lines of communication open and went out of his way to make the construction go smoothly. On big and little details, he worked with us, considered our input, and delivered what he promised.

The team that did the work were thorough and courteous. What could have been a very disruptive construction job was done in such a way that our office barely missed a beat during the entire process. From start to finish, the crew went out of their way to be helpful to our entire office staff.

We're glad that we stayed where we are. Thanks to Rosenblum for a job well done.
