I am a home owner who did not like the designs of commercial installers, so I designed it myself and purchased everything through SES. Bill gave me low prices, high end parts, fast delivery, and GREAT design support. Then when I needed misc parts to finish the job, he sent it immediately at no cost to save me time. Now that the system is up and running 4 years, when I have an issue with a manufacturer's warrantee, he directs me to right person or still ships free replacement parts to save me time. I simply don't believe the author of the 1 star review.
