We ve been coming here at least once weekly since it s been open. For the last 4-5 months it s been getting worse every time (only in the evening hours). We always get the Gotta Have It size and it is always under the top of container and will fit easily into the smaller sizes. Yesterday it was the worst, the the ice cream wasn t mixed at all and the topping were put on top. They really need to find someone that can work the evening hours that actually know what they are doing. Until then we will be going to the other in the Toledo area, wish I could post the picture
