I called to have someone come out and look at an outlet and the woman who answered the phone told me they do not work on residential properties (she cut me off a I was speaking to ask if it was residential). She gave me a phone number of someone else who does, I said thank you and started to apologize (to tell her that I was referred to them by someone else) and she literally hung the phone up on me without a word. EXTREMELY unprofessional and uncalled for.
