Had a horrible experience with my sales man named Elijah. He had me come in THREE TIMES just for proof of residency because he didn't know what he was talking about. He never had answers to my questions and said he will get back with me after asking somebody else and never did. I had to call him because my temporary license was expired and that's when he told me he still needs other stuff from me in order to get me a permanent one. Did I get a single apology from him for all the time I got wasted? NO. He had attitudes and was reluctant to give me his supervisor's number when I wanted to speak with somebody higher up. I researched for the manager's number and talked to him. The manager was pretty nice and apologized but still no apology from my sales man. I was being patient with my sales man because he seemed new, but being courteous has nothing to do with experience so I guess he's just irresponsible and unprofessional. Make sure your sales man is straight and knows what he talks about!
