I have been your client for 20 years. I live in Mexico but I have had the opportunity to go to Madrid every three or four years and the first thing I do when I arrive is to go to one of their stores and buy two or three suits, and given the very good quality of their products practically every Costumes I wear are Cortefiel.
I leave the suits for tailoring and at the end of my trip (2 to 4 weeks) I pick them up and they always invite me to try them on but I have never done it because they have always left me very well and I also go back to Mexico at next day and there would be no time for corrections.
On July 16, 2015, I bought a gray and a black suit at his Serrano 29 branch and picked them up on July 29 and with the confidence of always I didn't try them on, but this time they did an infamous tailoring job : The length of the pants very short and also crooked and a shoulder of the black suit horribly pursed.
I do not know if your tailor shop has lost its way or is it just that the servant of Serrano, who had to serve 3 clients at the same time for possible savings of personnel that you are handling, which has caused this poor quality work.
I will continue to be your client, of course never again from your Serrano store, hoping that this is an isolated incident and that the savings in personnel you are having do not lead you to hire tailors as inept as the one who did this last job to me.
They have a good brand, don't waste it by lowering the quality of your tailoring so much.
