John H. Washburn, Inc. is an average company. I used their services to get some repairs done on my car and they did an okay job. The staff was friendly and the work was completed within the expected timeframe. However, the quality of the repairs was not perfect and there were still some issues with my car afterwards. Overall, I would say they are an average company and I might consider using their services again in the future.
