I LOVE Studio 509 Fitness! This is one of the few places I can honestly say is more interested in their clients health and well-being than in appearances. There is a fantastic welcoming vibe that is inclusive and allows folks of all shapes and sizes to feel at home. I moved about 30 minutes away, and I still continue to come here because there is no other place like it. There truly is something for everyone. Personally, I am a GYROTONIC and TRX junkie - they keep me limber and helps keep my arm and neck pain at bay.
