The four parrots in the cage are why this is a one star. It s shameful putting those poor birds in a cage without enrichment and frequent fresh water. Going up to speak with those poor birds was absolutely heartbreaking. I hope this hotel does something to help with those poor birds lives before they pluck their feathers out!
