As a customer of Ligo bv, I have had an average experience overall. While their website is easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The quality of their products, however, is great. The items I purchased were exactly as described and arrived in a timely manner. I would recommend Ligo bv for their products, but they could definitely improve their customer service.
