I had a mixed experience with the Academy for Information & Management. While the course materials were informative, I found some of the instructors lacking in knowledge and experience. The online learning platform was generally easy to use, but there were occasional technical issues. The support team was responsive, but their assistance was not always satisfactory. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement at the Academy for Information & Management.
