Because sitting properly is important, a 'Gelderland' sofa was chosen because of their name and fame. Bought a stylish corner sofa with fabric cover for just 5000 (!). In terms of design, a beautiful sofa that also fits perfectly with our interior. After some longer use, however, the seating comfort was very disappointing. The sofa is much too soft, provides insufficient support and leads to back complaints (due to, among other things, sitting crookedly). So much so that out of poverty you sometimes just sit on the floor against the couch because it is better than the couch itself.
The complaint was filed with the Gelderland company, which then refers to the supplier (Hulshoff Den Haag) who continues the problem to a repair that will get rid of it with a non-repair and both Gelderland and Hulshoff have not heard from them anymore. A hopeless product with corresponding "service"!
