Love the service here at St Luke's. ER prompt attentive service. Until now... My Son been here about 5 days and Daughter in law about 4 days with COVID. I have been calling to talk to a nurse for an overall update such as treatment and status but no answer. Phone rings and rings and rings for about 20 minutes then I give up. My son's oxygen level is in the 80's and feeling dizzy, I know he can't think or act clearly. That's the reason I want an update.

Here again. Please I need you to look into my Son well being, He is not being coherent. And he is complaining that he is very cold and hasn't sleep.
He is loosing it in here. Still I haven't got an update or treatment information. Really need to see what's is going on.
