I have been training at Dayton Mma Academy for several months now, and I absolutely love it! The trainers are amazing and always push me to do my best. The classes are intense, but the environment is friendly and welcoming. I also love that they offer a variety of classes, so there's something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this academy to anyone looking to get fit and learn self-defense.
