The staff named Sheriff does not possess professional etiquette. He was very rude! He wants the patient to suffer on their staff's fault. by the way that he wants the problem to be resolved, he wants the patient do something. This is a very traumatic experience. I was treated like a thief!

He will also keep on talking even you are still talking! I was really humiliated. Im having a hard time to get over with it.
