Berkeley Krav Maga is an amazing place to train self-defense. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping you succeed. The classes are challenging but fun, and the techniques they teach are effective and practical. The community is supportive and friendly, and I've made some lifelong friends here. Highly recommend!
