I came in by ambulance and was slow to be looked at in er and staff was hurried and rough but they were very very busy . Was eventually transfered up to the observation floor for overnight.doctor, nurses and CNAs up there could not have been nicer or more helpful and gentle. Especially Nurses Erica and Maryann. And the techs that ran my catscan and mri were wonderful. I especially appreciated the nightly prayer broadcast over the loud speaker. It was a gentle reminder of what is important, and to pray for my recovery, for those around me, and for the hard workers in the hospital.
