I recently went on a trip with Abercrombie & Kent Australia and I must say it was an average experience. The itinerary was well-planned and the accommodations were satisfactory. However, I felt that the overall service could have been better. The tour guides were knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm. The meals provided were decent, but nothing exceptional. In my opinion, there are better travel companies out there.
